Terms of service

These terms govern use of Corelux, the ERP operated by Luxware. By creating an account, signing in or using the service, you accept this document.

Last updated: October 17, 2026.

1. The service

Corelux is a business platform (catalog, orders, sales, CMS, collections and electronic invoicing, depending on the plan and modules you contract). Luxware may improve, fix or retire features with reasonable notice when the change is material.

2. Accounts and access

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Corelux for:

4. Your content and data

The tenant keeps ownership of the business data it loads into Corelux. You grant us a limited license to host and process it only to provide the service. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

5. Third-party integrations

If you connect payment processors, electronic invoicing, Meta platforms or Google Calendar (for Corelux Agenda), their terms and policies also apply. Luxware does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability or for changes they make. Do not put third-party app secrets in public forms or share them over insecure channels.

6. Plans, payments and suspension

Available features depend on the contracted plan. Amounts, renewals and taxes are stated in the proposal or invoice. Non-payment may suspend access until the account is brought current.

7. Availability and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Luxware is not liable for lost profits, customer data loss from causes other than a failure attributable to us, or indirect damages. Our total liability for the service in any twelve-month period will not exceed amounts actually paid for that period, except for willful misconduct or where the law forbids limiting liability.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion under the data deletion instructions. Luxware may terminate the contract for material breach or product discontinuation, with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of El Salvador, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer’s country when they apply. Before going to court, the parties will try to resolve the dispute in writing through [email protected].
