User data deletion
If you want to delete your Corelux account or the personal data Luxware processes about you — including data tied to a Meta integration — follow these instructions. You do not need to sign in to read this page or to send the request.
1. How to request deletion
- Write to [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request — Corelux.
- Include: full name, account email, company (tenant) name and a short description of what you want (account, full tenant, or only Meta-related data).
- If an administrator makes the request for a team, say so and use the corporate email used in Corelux.
- Luxware may ask for extra confirmation (for example a reply from the same account email) to verify your identity.
Official channel: [email protected] (Luxware).
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt and confirm you can dispose of that data.
- Within a maximum of 30 days (except reasonable complexity or a legal requirement) we complete the deletion or explain what we cannot delete and why.
- We confirm by email when deletion or pseudonymization is done.
3. What is deleted
When the request proceeds, we irreversibly delete or unlink:
- The user account (access, profile, preferences and roles).
- Contact and support data tied to that person.
- Tokens and authorizations for Meta or other providers tied to that account.
- Conversations, identifiers and messaging metadata Corelux stored because of a connection you or your tenant enabled, except where the law requires retention.
- If an administrator requests a full tenant deletion, the workspace and its users, except the legal retention described below.
4. What may be kept for a time
We may retain, minimized and blocked from other uses:
- Tax documents, DTE and accounting records for the period required by applicable law.
- Security logs (access, fraud, abuse) as needed to investigate incidents and meet legal duties.
- Backups until the usual backup cycle rotates. Those copies are not used to operate the account after deletion.
5. If you only used a Meta feature
You may ask us to delete only data received or generated by that connection (identifiers, tokens and associated content in Corelux). That does not automatically delete what Meta keeps in its own products; use Meta’s tools as well as this channel.
6. If you connected Google Calendar (Corelux Agenda)
- In Corelux, go to Agenda → Mi Google Calendar and choose Disconnect.
- You can also revoke Corelux’s access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- When you disconnect or revoke access, Corelux deletes the Google OAuth tokens it stored for your account.
- If you ask us to (from the email above), we also delete the calendars Corelux created in your Google account for Corelux Agenda.
7. Other paths
A tenant administrator may deactivate users in the ERP when the plan allows it. That access cutoff does not replace a formal personal-data deletion request: if you need erasure, use the email above.
